BUDDHA PURNIMA CELEBRATION 

East & West High School,Bela,Patna Organized a special assembly to celebrate Buddha Purnima, marking the birth,enlightenment Mahaparinirvana of Lord Buddha.

The event began with a serene meditation session followed by students reciting verses from Dharmapada ,emphasizing compassion and non-violence.

A skit depicting Gautam Buddha's life inspired the students and teachers while a beautiful speech by the Principal Sir highlighted the relevance of Buddha's life and teachings in modern times.The skit is based on the life of Gautama Buddha that shows how a prince, Siddhartha, became a Buddha.Aditya Raj of std-9 played the lead role of Buddha,while Saksham Raj of std-3 played Siddhartha.The assembly concluded with a pledge to practice kindness and mindfulness fostering a sense of peace and unity among students and staff
